Honestly one of the tastiest cakes I have ever tried! It is quick, easy and something you could cook either alone or with a friend!
Ingredients
100g Caster sugar
2 eggs
5mg baking powder
100g butter
100g self raising flour
5mg cinnnamon
5mg brown sugar
1 eating apple
Method
1. Add the butter, flour, caster sugar, baking powder adn eggs into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix until smooth and put into a tray (either round or rectangle)
3. Take out the core of an apple then cut into thin strips and put on top of cake, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top and cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown!
